AWARD WINNING MAKEUP
Beauty / Fantasy Competition at NY IMATS 2012
In April 2012, I was invited by Make-up Artist Magazine to be one of 8 international makeup artists to take part in their live competition at NY IMATS 2012.
The theme of the competition was “Wild Kingdom”, and my inspiration was a Jellyfish.
The competition had a time limit of only 2 hours. In this time, I applied a bald cap, covered eyebrows, among many other technics to result in this beautiful work.
More than my Award, the best prize on this competition was the feedback I had from other makeup artists including those I have admired, like Kabuki Magic (when shown my work) he replied,“who did this?! You’re one amazing artist.”
